NTPA Digitisation

In a bold move, the NTPA commissioned boo digital to create an interactive Welcome Kit for new recruits, featuring a multimedia presentation that takes v viewers through the history and many benefits of NTPA membership, as well as a digital Members Handbook all housed inside a sleek branded USB.

Connected to a keyring and bottle opener, the USB is completely portable and showed how well the NTPA understands the needs of its members. As active officers in the country's busiest police force, NTPA members need fast access to information and be able to understand their rights and procedures on the go.

Being updateable, the USB not only did away with hundreds of pages of cumbersome printed documents, but also meant that as new policies come in to play the NTPA can simply alert members via text message to head to the NTPA website to access and upload the new information, avoiding costly reprints.

At the same time, boo worked with the NTPA to mobilize communication to members of the Executive team, creating a bespoke, secure environment on iPads, configuring them to enable members to communicate together exclusively on NTPA matters, and for the NTPA to be able to push important information out to the Executive and for the Executive to be able to review, revise and respond on the documentation.

A tailored member database, built by boo and based on specific NTPA needs, completed the digital suite and has resulted in a much faster, more streamlined operations procedure for the Association.
